Robin Lavitch will coach you weekly during the group workshop. Each session is specifically designed to enhance your insight into resiliency and provide the opportunity to practice strengthening that skills. Plus, you get access to the weekly coaching videos and you’ll receive online guidance and support with all your activities.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM SO EFFECTIVE?
B.O.U.N.C.E. is an evidence-based program developed from the scientific research of human development, neuroscience, social psychology, and positive psychology. Activities are geared towards enhancing the knowledge and skills to build your resiliency muscles. Since groups are small and focused, participants receive the attention and focus required to establish new habits and grow.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS TAKE?
The program is 10 weeks. Each week you get a coaching video that is 20-30 minutes in duration, and you can join in on the weekly group sessions that are an hour long. Plus, you’ll want to set aside some time to take the assessments and complete your activities. You can do this all on your own time schedule.
WHAT IF A MISS A CLASS?
The program is designed to be as flexible as possible. You get the weekly coaching videos to do at your own pace and access to the weekly group sessions. It no problem if you can’t make a session, they are all recorded so you can watch it and access the materials whenever you’d like.
